Delivery Charges

• Within NCR: Free delivery on all orders within the National Capital Region (NCR).
• Outside NCR: For other locations, delivery charges apply. The final price at checkout will include the product total plus any applicable shipping costs.

Order Preparation Time
Each order is crafted with care, as our chocolates are freshly made in limited batches to ensure top quality. Please allow 4–5 working days for order preparation before shipping. 🍫

Shipping Timeline
Once prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on location:

• Within India: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivery times range from 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
